Ms. Montgomery currently works in the Newport Beach office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara. Before joining the Bremer Whyte team, Ms. Montgomery worked as a Law Clerk for the Legal Aid Society of Orange County before becoming In-House Counsel for a San Diego eye corporation. Ms. Montgomery graduated law school in 2013, and received her Bachelor’s degree in 2010.
Ms. Montgomery is a graduate of Michigan State University College of Law, located in East Lansing, Michigan. While attending MSU College of Law, Ms. Montgomery led her fellow law students as a Class Officer for the Class of 2013, and also coordinated tailgate and football events as Vice President of the Spartan Law Students Society. Ms. Montgomery was a member of the Michigan State University College of Law Civil Rights Clinic where she worked with the Michigan ACLU on a class action against a state jail facility, dealing with cruel and unusual punishment and gender discrimination claims. Ms. Montgomery also worked as an extern at the Ionia County Prosecutor’s Office.
Before law school, Ms. Montgomery attended Indiana University, located in Bloomington, Indiana. While attending college, Ms. Montgomery devoted herself to her studies and the Greek community, where she earned a double major in Political Science and History and became the Director of Greek Relations for the PanHellenic Association and the President of her sorority, Alpha Xi Delta, Beta Pi chapter.
Ms. Montgomery grew up in San Diego, California, attending San Dieguito High School Academy.
Ms. Montgomery currently resides in Orange County, California and enjoys all aspects of living in Southern California.
