Jacquelene Marcott is an associate with Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara LLP in its Los Angeles office, directing her practice toward insurance defense litigation. Admitted to the California State Bar in 2015, Ms. Marcott is licensed to practice before all courts in the state of California. She is also a member of the U.S. District Court of the Central District in California.
Ms. Marcott graduated from Cornell University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Government, as well as a minor in Law & Society. While completing her undergraduate studies, Ms. Marcott was a member of the pre-law fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta, and served as both the Managing and Layout Editor for Cornell’s Pre-Law Journal. She thereafter received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. While in law school, Ms. Marcott served as the President of Southwestern’s Phi Alph Delta Law Fraternity chapter, as well as Secretary for the Environmental Law Society. She also served as a Co-Director of Off-Campus Student Affairs for Southwestern’s Student Bar Association. In addition, Ms. Marcott served as an extern with the Center for Civic Mediation, a division of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
Ms. Marcott concentrates her practice in all aspects of complex civil litigation and general civil litigation, including construction defect and general liability matters.
