Matt Arvizu

Matt Arvizu is an associate attorney with Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara in the San Diego office. His current practice includes representing businesses, individuals, and contractors in business as well as tort litigation.  Mr. Arvizu is licensed to practice in California and Delaware.

Mr. Arvizu graduated magna cum laude from the Syracuse University College of Law, where he was a member of the Securities Arbitration Clinic and a member of the Syracuse Law Review.  While in law school, Mr. Arvizu interned with the Hon. Gloria J. Sturman in Clark County, Nevada and served as a student attorney with the Technology Commercialization Clinic providing technical, marketing, and legal research and analysis to companies seeking to bring new technologies to the market.

Before joining Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, Mr. Arvizu was an associate at a prestigious Delaware law firm, where he practiced corporate law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate mismanagement, securities fraud litigation and other commercial disputes.
