Michael A. Amaro is an associate attorney with Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara LLP in its Orange County office. His focus is on general liability and civil litigation. Mr. Amaro earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in June 2015 with a concentration in Intellectual Property. Mr. Amaro obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and minor in Mathematics from the University of California, Riverside in 2010.
While attending Loyola Law School, Mr. Amaro participated in numerous trial advocacy classes including an Advanced Trial Advocacy class taught by the Honorable Beverly Reid O’Connell. Mr. Amaro was also an active participant in the Young Lawyers Mentorship Program at Loyola Law School which prepared local high school students to compete and conduct mock trials.
Prior to joining Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara LLP, Mr. Amaro received extensive practice working at a boutique litigation firm with an emphasis in business, civil, and employment litigation on behalf of individual and corporate clients. Mr. Amaro also has experience handling intellectual property, construction defect, personal injury, and products liability matters. Mr. Amaro believes in providing a multi-faceted approach to successfully defend, problem solve, and advocate on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Amaro strongly believes in giving back to his community and actively participates in community outreach programs designed to help the homeless, youth educational programs, and local animal shelters. Mr. Amaro recently teamed up with fellow law school classmates from Loyola Law School to cofound a scholarship to benefit first-generation law school students which raised money by completing the Los Angeles Marathon in 2016.
