Troy A. Clark

Mr. Clark is an associate working out of the Las Vegas office. He is on the Board of Directors for the Las Vegas Defense Lawyers.  He is also a member of the bar in both Oregon and Nevada.  He passed the Oregon Bar in 2008 and the Nevada Bar in 2009.

Mr. Clark graduated from University of Oregon in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Prior to his career in the legal industry, Mr. Clark worked in the finance industry for banks and credit unions.

Mr. Clark obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Willamette College of Law in Salem, Oregon.  While attending law school, he was active in moot court, and served as the treasurer of the Willamette Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta.

In 2009, he passed the Nevada Bar and joined Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP (BWBO).  Mr. Clark focuses his practice in general liability defense and cannabis law.  He has participated in multiple trials and complex arbitrations. He has also participated in countless Mediations and Mandatory Settlement Conferences achieving favorable results for his clients.

Of note he obtained a defense verdict in a wrongful death ten day trial where Plaintiff was asking for $39,936,868.72.  (Young v. Kim, Case No. A653670 Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada).
