William Locke

William Locke is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP. Mr. Locke’s practice focuses on general civil litigation, personal injury defense, and construction litigation.

Mr. Locke graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Mr. Locke thereafter received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School Los Angeles in 2013. During his studies at Loyola Law School, he served as a research assistant to Professor Lee Petherbridge and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable S. James Otero of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Admitted to the California State Bar in 2013, Mr. Locke is licensed to practice law in all courts in the State of California as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Since joining Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara LLP, Mr. Locke has successfully defended numerous individuals and businesses in a broad range of civil litigation matters including claims of personal injury, construction defects, civil rights, fraud, and business interruption.
