Adam Schneider is an Associate Attorney in the San Diego office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP. His practice focuses on General Civil Litigation as well as regulatory compliance and contractual matters.
Prior to working for Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP, Mr. Schneider worked as Litigation Associate at Byron and Edwards, APC, where he primarily defended design professionals, to include architects and engineers, in construction defect litigation. He also practiced landlord/tenant law and was a criminal defense practitioner in the California State and Federal Courts immediately following law school.
Mr. Schneider earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego where he competed on the school’s Moot Court Honor Society team. During law school, Mr. Schneider worked with several offices within the San Diego County Public Defender’s Office and had the opportunity to work on the largest death penalty/capital trial in San Diego County’s history. He also completed a summer internship with the U.S. Dept. of Justice’s Antitrust Division in Washington, D.C. where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and prosecuted cases related to anti-competitive business practices by Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Schneider was born in a small town in North Central Pennsylvania and enlisted in the Coast Guard at 18 in order to explore the world. Presently he enjoys spending time with his wife and young children at home while watching the NFL and cooking/smoking homestyle meals that pair well with all kinds of craft beer.
