Adam Winokur is an associate in the Newport Beach office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara. Mr. Winokur is a litigator.
In 2014, Mr. Winokur graduated magna cum laude from Boston University School of Law. At Boston University, Mr. Winokur obtained a concentration in intellectual property, with honors, and contributed as a member of the Journal of Science and Technology Law. Mr. Winokur was also the research assistant to the distinguished Wendy Gordon, prolific author and professor of intellectual property. Prior to transferring to Boston University School of Law, Mr. Winokur attended a local law school where he was elected Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review and received ‘Witkin Awards’ in Civil Procedure, Torts, Criminal Law, Real Property, and Intellectual Property for achieving the highest grade awarded in his class.
Mr. Winokur obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2010 in Cognitive Science from the University of California at Irvine. Mr. Winokur consistently achieved placement on the ‘dean’s honor list’ for his high academic performance.
Prior to joining Bremer Whyte, Mr. Winokur handled transactions and litigation in trademark matters, and previous to that, Mr. Winokur was a legal fellow with the Office of the General Counsel at Boston University.
Mr. Winokur is a California native, growing up in Northeast Orange County. Outside of the office, Mr. Winokur can usually be found with his best friend, a goldendoodle named Fozzie Bear.
