Adriana M. Rivero is an Associate Attorney in the San Diego office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP. Her practice focuses on personal injury, premises liability, and construction defect litigation.
Ms. Rivero began her career as a criminal defense trial attorney in Puerto Rico. She later transitioned into civil litigation, representing insurers, physicians, healthcare facilities, and medical personnel in complex medical malpractice cases before federal and state courts. Prior to joining Bremer Whyte, Ms. Rivero represented developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in construction defect matters. Ms. Rivero is admitted to practice in California, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. She earned her B.A. in Social Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico and J.D. from the Pontifical Catholica University of Puerto Rico.
When Ms. Rivero is not working, she enjoys traveling, beach days, and spending time with family and friends.
