In 2009, Amir Nevis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside. Before entering law school, Mr. Nevis worked for the Los Angeles Clippers and Sacramento Kings gaining invaluable business experience. In 2020, Mr. Nevis graduated from Western State College of Law with an Honors Certificate and the Witkin Award of Academic Excellence in Evidence. During law school, Mr. Nevis externed at the Orange County Public Defender’s office and also assisted with Immigration Clinics. He is also currently an active member of The Iranian American Bar Association Foundation, helping carry out various charitable and educational activities within the Iranian American community.
Prior to joining Bremer Whyte, Mr. Nevis represented plaintiffs in a variety of personal injury and employment law matters at West Coast Trial Lawyers, LLP, and Sasooness Law Group, APC, giving him insight into how both sides will approach litigation. Mr. Nevis is licensed to practice in California state courts. Now at BWBO, his practice focuses primarily on matters pertaining to construction defect litigation, as well as all personal injury claims and civil litigation in general liability.
In his free time, Mr. Nevis enjoys spending time with his wife, tending to their dog and three cats, and is a big collector of Power Rangers and Batman figures.
