Bailey R. Karas is an Associate at the Las Vegas office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP. Ms. Karas graduated magna cum laude from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, while simultaneously completing the Honors College core curriculum. Then, Ms. Karas attended the William S. Boyd School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2020. That same year, she was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada.
While in law school, Ms. Karas interned for the Honorable Michael P. Villani in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada, externed for the Clark County Public Defender’s Office, and was admitted to Boyd’s Education Advocacy Clinic where she served clients as a student attorney. She was also awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Privacy, Publicity & Defamation (Spring 2019). Prior to joining BWBO, Ms. Karas provided immigration legal services to businesses seeking to hire foreign nationals, retain foreign management consultants, as well as international athletes seeking to compete in the U.S.
Before her career in law, Ms. Karas studied literature and worked as a disk jockey and master of ceremonies for formal events. In Ms. Karas’ free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her cats, weightlifting, and playing video games.
