Mr. Biggs has been practicing civil litigation since February 2008, with the last six years at defense firms handling mostly construction defect, vehicle accident, personal injury, premise liability, auto dealer liability, product defect, contracts, and municipality law claims.
Although not exclusive, Mr. Biggs typically represents the interests of clients at the request of insurance carriers. Mr. Biggs understands how to effectively manage third-party litigation, pursue primary and additional insurance coverage, equitable contribution on behalf of insurance carriers, and litigating insurance issues that arise from complex construction defect and personal injury litigation. His focus includes cost-effective advancement of a case and early resolution. However, when a case cannot be resolved early, Mr. Biggs will effectively take a case to trial or arbitration, keeping the client and representatives engaged during the entire process.
