Carter Irwin is an associate at the Newport Beach offices of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP. Mr. Irwin obtained a B.S in Finance and a B.A in Business Law from Barrett, the Honors College, at Arizona State University.
Mr. Irwin graduated from the Fowler School of Law, at Chapman University, with an emphasis in Business Law in May of 2022.
At Chapman, Mr. Irwin served as the President of the Chapman Corporate Law Society, the Student Chair of the Honors Council Committee, and was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team. Some of Mr. Irwin’s achievements include receiving the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for achieving the highest grade in both his Merger & Acquisitions and Real Estate Partnership Tax Classes. He also received Faculty Recognition Rewards for excellence in mediation and negotiation.
Prior to joining Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, Mr. Irwin worked for a Merger and Acquisitions firm where he assisted in acquisitions in the Healthcare Industry.
Mr. Irwin focuses his practice in the areas of business law and general liability law.
