Ms. McClintick graduated from the University of Nevada and obtained a B.A. in Economics. Before attending law school, Ms. McClintick was a Regional Representative for U.S. Senator Dean Heller working out of his northern Nevada office in Reno.
Ms. McClintick received her Juris Doctor from Concordia University School of Law in Boise, Idaho. She admirably received the 2019 Jack McMahon Pro Bono Service Impact Award for completing over 250 hours of service while in law school for a variety of pro bono service projects including veteran’s services, civil protection order representation, and legal assistance for underrepresented communities. While at Concordia, Ms. McClintick spent time as a student prosecutor at the Boise City Attorney’s Office and Reno City Attorney’s Office, where she acquired the skills necessary to effectively conduct arraignments, settlement conferences, and bench trials. She was also the Treasurer for the Student Bar Association and a Dean’s Ambassador.
Immediately following the completion of her Juris Doctor, Ms. McClintick had the privilege of clerking for the Honorable James T. Russell in the First Judicial District Court of Nevada, a general jurisdiction court.
In her spare time, Ms. McClintick enjoys playing golf, reading up on politics, cheering on the Nevada Wolf Pack, and spending time on her family’s farm in Orovada, Nevada.
