Dana H. Hassan is a litigation associate at Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara’s Newport Beach office and is a member of the firms General Liability practice group. Ms. Hassan represents corporations, insurance companies, small businesses and individuals in pre-litigation claims, civil litigation, and complex litigation matters. She has considerable experience in catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, construction defect, products liability and premises liability matters.
Ms. Hassan’s significant experience enables her to effectively evaluate complex legal, medical and scientific issues in her cases. Ms. Hassan’s unique methods provide her with the means to implement strategic approaches to leverage early dismissals and aid in favorable settlements. Her innovative and aggressive litigation practice allows her to efficiently and successfully serve her clients’ interests.
Ms. Hassan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2013 in philosophy from UCLA, graduating one year earlier than her peers. There, she consistently achieved placement on the Dean’s Honor List for her high academic performance. She also received Stellar Academic Achievement Awards and scholarships for her accomplishments at UCLA. She is a member of Phi Eta Sigma National Honors Society and Alpha Lamda Delta National Honors Society of UCLA.
Ms. Hassan obtained her Juris Doctor from UC Hastings where she focused her study on personal injury and civil litigation. While at UC Hastings, she worked as a full-time law clerk and was the recipient of the Bernard Witkin Award for Excellence in Personal Injury Litigation and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Personal Injury Litigation.
Ms. Hassan is a native of Lebanon. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, yoga and spending time with her furry friend Michael-Anjelo.
