Mr. De Loa is originally from Corpus Christi, Texas. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Texas Tech University. Mr. De Loa graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and was admitted to practice in 2019.
Prior to starting at BWB&O, Mr. De Loa worked as a Plaintiff’s attorney – handling various types of civil matters, including personal injury and premises liability. He also has vast, prior experience with ERISA cases and Social Security disability-related matters.
Mr. De Loa is a faithful member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. He also has deep connections to the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) and previously served as National Treasurer.
In his spare time, Mr. De Loa is an avid runner and enjoys hanging out at the beach with his Dalmatian (Wesley) and Labrador (Gringo).
