Diana Ekins is an associate at Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP. She has experience in personal injury, corporate and business law, intellectual property, media, and telecommunication regulation. She was admitted to Nevada in October 2018 and California in June 2022. She studied law at California Western School of Law and graduated with Honors in the Concentration of Intellectual Property, Technology, and Telecommunication Regulation. She spent her time studying for the bar, and post-bar, in Rosarito, Mexico working on her Spanish and playing saxophone in a local cover band.
Diana was born in Reno, NV, and received her Bachelor of Arts from University of Nevada, Reno, in 2003 studying theater and journalism, and studied abroad in Torino, Italy during her attendance. Upon graduation, she worked as a musician and television and music producer before venturing to law school in December 2014. She has also obtained certification with the Gemological Institute of America in 2010 and 2011 and has completed the Nevada Real Estate education course, for fun! She has over 20 years of experience as a business owner and entrepreneur in a range of industries.
In her free time, Diana sings and plays percussion and saxophone with a blue-grass band She also enjoys spending time with her family, and loves martial arts, lifting weights, and the beach!
