Elton Stolze is an Associate Attorney based in the Encinitas office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP.
Mr. Stolze holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Philosophy from San Diego State University, where he graduated in 2011. He furthered his legal education by obtaining his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2015. During his time in law school, Mr. Stolze distinguished himself through both academic excellence and a strong commitment to community service.
As an active member of the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity, he ultimately served as Vice Chair, demonstrating his leadership skills and dedication to his peers. In addition, he contributed significantly to the Landlord Tenant Clinic, where he provided pro bono legal assistance to renters in the San Diego area, and volunteered at the High-Tech Clinic, aiding startups in their business formation processes and hurdles.
Licensed to practice in California since 2016, and Florida since 2022, Mr. Stolze brings a wealth of experience to Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP. His background encompasses Litigation, Business Analysis, Telecommunications, Zoning, Commercial Land Transactions, Contracts Negotiation, and Construction Defect.
