Eric B. Alden is an associate with Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara LLP in its San Diego office. Mr. Alden works primarily in the areas of insurance defense litigation, including general liability, construction litigation, and real estate.
Mr. Alden graduated from the University of San Diego in December 2008, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in International Relations. He graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law, in 2012. During law school, Mr. Alden intern with various public interest groups and government agencies, including the California Army National Guard where he worked alongside JAG Officers in a 3-day court-martial and tracked federal and state legislation to revise the California National Guard Legal Guide.
Prior to joining Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, Mr. Alden worked as an associate at an insurance defense firm in Riverside, CA, where he represented general contractors and subcontractors in construction litigation and individuals in automobile personal injury litigation.
