Eric Tims is a dedicated associate attorney at the San Diego office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP. Mr. Tims received his B.A. in Economics from Bowdoin College, where he was also a committed member of the Bowdoin Football Team. Following this, he achieved his J.D. from the Western New England University School of Law, distinguishing himself by securing the highest grade in Land Use and receiving the CALI Award. During Mr. Tims time in law school, he demonstrated an unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusivity as a member of the Black Law Students Association, and to supporting his peers through the ‘Paying it Forward’ initiative.
Prior to joining Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP, Mr. Tims amassed valuable experience working as an associate attorney where he successfully represented businesses and individuals in complex matters, including workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, and breach of contract. He defended insureds in cases involving construction defect and premises liability and developed expertise in preparing coverage opinion letters.
Mr. Tims’ practice at Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP continues to build on his solid foundation in law, as he focuses on cases involving general liability. Beyond the legal arena, Mr. Tims maintains a well-rounded lifestyle. He’s an avid workout enthusiast, a devoted fan of the Los Angeles Chargers, enjoys attending Padre games, and has a passion for traveling.
