Grace J. Lynn is an associate in the firm’s San Diego office. Ms. Lynn is admitted to practice law before all the state courts in Arizona and California, as well as U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
Ms. Lynn has experience in civil litigation, including real estate litigation, general liability, construction defect, personal injury, premise liability, and more specifically, California Mello-Roos litigation. Her practice areas include construction law and personal injury in both Arizona and California. Ms. Lynn holds a California Broker’s license and has past extensive transactional experience in both commercial and residential real estate.
Ms. Lynn was raised in San Diego, California. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology form the UC San Diego. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. She earned various academic scholarships throughout college and law school and served as the Founding President of the Pan Asian Law Students Association. After law school, Ms. Lynn sat as a Board Member of the Pan Asian Lawyers of San Diego and also served as the Secretary in the following year. Ms. Lynn has received various awards pertaining to pro bono work, volunteer work, and was also recognized as 1 of 14 Rising Stars statewide by the California Association of Realtors in 2018.
Ms. Lynn enjoys traveling, hiking, kickboxing, roller skating, jam skating, skateboarding at the beach, riding ATV’s and ziplining. She has a passion for cars and sports and has an active collection of Hot Wheels and baseball cards.
