After graduating from Santa Clara University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Sociology, Ms. Flynn returned to her hometown of San Francisco to study law at Golden Gate University. Ms. Flynn completed Golden Gate University’s Honors Lawyering Program and graduated in the top 5% of her class in 2014.
After being admitted to the State Bar of California Bar in 2014, Ms. Flynn handled probate guardianship cases pro bono through the Justice and Diversity Center at the San Francisco Bar Association. Ms. Flynn spent the next 5 years practicing family law around the San Francisco Bay Area, representing clients on a variety of issues related to parentage and divorce, including prenuptial agreements, child custody, child support, spousal support, and division of marital assets. In 2020, Ms. Flynn changed direction to focus on civil litigation, including construction defect and landlord tenant disputes. Outside of the office, Ms. Flynn enjoys being active outdoors and teaching Irish Dance lessons at her dance school
