Sunny Gill joined Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara in February 2025 and is one of the Sacramento-based attorneys from our Reno office. Sunny’s prior experience is in business formation and litigation, trade secret litigation, and construction litigation. He received his undergraduate degree from UC Davis in Sociology: Law and Society, and minored in Psychology and Chicano Studies, graduating on the Dean’s List. Thereafter, Sunny graduated from University of the Pacific: McGeorge School of Law in 2019 with a Certificate in Capital Lawyering where he had occasion to work on SB 212 with Senator Ben Allen.
Having spent his life in a family business alongside immigrant parents who for the last three decades have been hardworking shopkeepers, Sunny understands diligence. His dynamic experience offers unique insight into the complexities and realities that litigation calls for. Some cases demand heavyweight motion practice while others require delicate movement in negotiation.
Outside the office, Sunny enjoys time with family and friends, making music, or taking his dog Leo to the local trail before sunrise where there is nothing but the silence of trees and a flowing river.
