Mr. Kainth earned a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from UC Berkeley in May 2020. While at Berkeley, he served as an Equity Development intern for the student government, advocating for policies that promoted inclusivity and social justice.
In May 2024, Mr. Kainth graduated from the UC Davis School of Law with a J.D. During law school, he contributed to the Workers’ Rights Clinic, providing legal assistance to low-income workers experiencing workplace discrimination and harassment. He also served as a research editor for the Journal of International Law and Policy. Additionally, Mr. Kainth interned at an employment law firm in Sacramento, CA, where he gained valuable experience working on wage/hour disputes and construction defect cases.
