Lauren A. Taylor is an associate attorney in the Denver office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP practicing in the areas of general liability, construction, and business litigation.
Ms. Taylor earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa. Following undergrad, Ms. Taylor attended the University of Iowa College of Law. During law school, Ms. Taylor served as a Student Writer and Contributing Editor of the Iowa Law Review. In 2017, her note A New Deference Standard: The Rebuttable Presumption of Validity for USPTO Trademark Likelihood-of-Confusion Determinations was published in the Iowa Law Review.
In her spare time, Ms. Taylor enjoys spending time in the mountains or on the tennis court.
