Leslie K. Harrach

Leslie Harrach is a trial attorney with Bremer Whyte Brown and O’Meara, LLP in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to joining BWB&O, Ms. Harrach was a litigation attorney in the Phoenix area for many years and focused her practice in areas including insurance defense, general liability, products liability, construction defect, business litigation, and complex litigation. She has effectively defended multinational corporations, healthcare providers, long-term skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities, general contractors and sub-contractors, and large and small businesses, corporations, and creditors in civil and commercial litigation including automobile liability, coverage and bad faith, products liability, and general insurance defense litigation. She also was in-house staff counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance.

Ms. Harrach graduated with a J.D. cum laude from Rutgers School of Law in 2004, after receiving a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Arizona in 2001. While in law school she was the Research and Writing Editor for Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion, a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Joseph E. Irenas, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, a Research Assistant for the current Dean of the law school, a summer and academic year intern for the corporate legal department of a large Philadelphia-based insurance company, and was awarded several moot court best brief and oral argument awards. Immediately after law school, Ms. Harrach was a law clerk/staff attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, OSC, in Richmond, Virginia.
