Mr. Saldana is an associate attorney in the Newport Beach office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP.
Mr. Saldana received his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from San Diego State University. Before attending law school, Mr. Saldana served as an extern for the United States District Court in the Southern District of California where he worked closely with the Honorable Judge John A. Houston.
Mr. Saldana graduated from Chapman University, Fowler School of Law in 2019. Mr. Saldana served as a law clerk at the Orange County Public Defender’s Office during law school and as a Post-Bar clerk, where he represented criminal defendants in homeless court and successfully submitted petitions for relief on behalf of criminal defendants pursuant to Proposition 47.
Before joining Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP, Mr. Saldana worked as a Deputy Public Defender in Orange County, California. During his time at the Public Defender’s office, Mr. Saldana represented criminal defendants charged with criminal offenses, including misdemeanors and felony probation violations, from arraignment to sentencing.
Mr. Saldana was born and raised in San Diego, California. He enjoys spending time with his son, being outdoors, and watching the Los Angeles Lakers.
