Mark W. Prager is an Associate in the Oakland office.
After graduating from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in American History with a minor in Business Institutions, Mr. Prager worked for various dotcoms in the San Francisco Bay Area in Internet marketing before he decided to attend law school.
Mr. Prager attended Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law, where he received a Presidential scholarship and served as an Academic Advisor for Professor Donald Kochan’s Property class, a Student Ambassador, and a Research Assistant for Dr. Deepa Badrinariyana.
Mr. Prager joined the Oakland office at the start of 2017. Prior to joining Bremer, Whyte, Brown & O’Meara, he held roles for firms in both Northern and Southern California. He has experience in numerous areas of law including construction, auto warranty, collections, bankruptcy, and product liability. His current practice focuses primarily on defense of construction and general liability litigation.
Mr. Prager is a Bay Area native and enjoys hiking, distance running, downhill skiing, domestic and international travel, college football, and attending Oakland Athletics baseball games on his time off.
