Megan B. Pham is an associate attorney at Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP. Megan’s practice covers all aspects of civil litigation, focusing primarily on general liability and construction defects matters. Prior to joining Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, Megan worked at several law firms throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, focusing on consumer protection and mass tort matters.
Megan earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (now UC Law San Francisco) with a concentration in Health Law & Policy. While in law school, Megan served as President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and Vice-President of the Hastings Health Law Organization. She also was the Executive Production Editor of the Hastings Science and Technology Law Journal and a member of the Moot Court Board. Megan was nationally recognized in 2022 as champion of the Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Moot Court Competition, where she was also named the Dolores K. Hanna Best Brief winner. Megan earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley in Legal Studies. She is conversant in Vietnamese.
Outside the office, Megan enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, boxing, and rooting for the Miami Heat.
