Mehdi Sinaki is an Associate Attorney in the Newport Beach office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP, practicing in all areas of civil litigation.
Mr. Sinaki received his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law. While completing his law curriculum at Pepperdine, Mr. Sinaki concurrently obtained a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine’s renowned Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and a Certificate of Entrepreneurship and Law from the Palmer Center (Real Estate Concentration).
During law school, Mr. Sinaki served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Richard M. Neiter in the Central District of California Bankruptcy Court and Legal Assistant to Chief Justice Myron Steele of the Delaware Supreme Court.
Prior to law school, Mr. Sinaki worked as a Senior Paralegal at a municipal law firm. During that time, Mr. Sinaki gained extensive experience in a wide range of public agency issues, including real estate, receiverships, zoning, contract, enforcement, and administrative proceedings.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Sinaki was a Project Manager in the architectural industry.
