Nicholas Kam is an associate at the Oakland office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara LLP. Mr. Kam attended UC Santa Cruz, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Literary Studies.
Mr. Kam earned his Juris Doctorate from University of San Francisco School of Law. While at USF, Mr. Kam served as technical editor of the Maritime Law Journal and editor-in-chief for The Forum USF newspaper.
Prior to joining Bremer, Whyte, Brown & O’Meara, Mr. Kam practiced with a mid-sized firm in Oakland where he gained experience in general civil litigation and construction defect litigation.
Mr. Kam is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California and the United States District Court, Northern District of California.
Mr. Kam is a member of the Alameda County Bar Association.
