R. Todd Windisch

Mr. Windisch is an associate in the Newport Beach office of Bremer, Whyte, Brown & O’Meara, practicing construction defect and general civil litigation. Mr. Windisch has high level litigation experience in complex litigation, catastrophic injury defense and trial practice. Mr. Windisch has been instrumental in obtaining numerous defense and favorable trial verdicts as well as personally obtaining numerous favorable case settlements and resolutions through direct negotiation, arbitration and mediation.

Prior to starting his second career as a lawyer, Mr. Windisch worked in insurance claims and management for several major casualty insurance carriers. His nearly 20 year career in insurance gives Mr. Windisch a wealth of knowledge and experience which translates directly to litigation.

Mr. Windisch obtained his Juris Doctorate from Western State University School of Law while continuing his full time career in insurance. Mr. Windisch received Witkin Awards for excellence in Torts and Civil Procedure as well as achieving Honor Roll and finishing in the top five in his class. Mr. Windisch attended the University of Southern California where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications in 1987 and competed for the varsity cross county team.

Mr. Windisch is an Orange County native, but attended high school in the San Francisco bay area and has lived in the San Diego, Washington and Oregon. Mr. Windisch is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of California as well as the United States District Court, Central District of California.
