Ryan Tikker is an Associate Attorney at Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara LLP, where he represents individuals and businesses in general liability matters. Mr. Tikker has a broad range of experience where he previously worked as a litigator advocating for victims of sexual abuse in various tort actions as well as representing insureds, claimants, and beneficiaries in a broad range of civil litigation matters, specializing in insurance and ERISA disputes involving life, health, long-term disability and short-term disability claim denials.
Mr. Tikker is licensed to practice law in California. He has experience appearing before state and federal judges and has handled cases in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also been admitted Pro Hac Vice in other courts in the United States. Mr. Tikker has extensive deposition experience and has handled several bench trials.
Mr. Tikker earned his Juris Doctorate from University of California, Irvine School of Law. While at UC Irvine School of Law, he was a Lead Articles Editor for the UC Irvine Law Review and he was the Co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief for the UC Irvine Journal of International, Transnational, and Comparative Law. He also obtained the Dean’s Award for his performance in both Pretrial Advocacy and Trial Advocacy while at UC Irvine School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Tikker externed for the Honorable Erithe A. Smith at the United States Bankruptcy Court: Central District of California. He also externed for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office as a certified law clerk. Mr. Tikker obtained his Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
