Shervin Ghanoongooi is an associate attorney based in the Los Angeles office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, where he represents individuals and businesses in a variety of litigation areas. His practice is composed primarily of construction, real estate, and general liability complex litigation.
Mr. Ghanoongooi graduated from The University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis in International Relations and a Minor in Middle East and North African Studies. During his time at UCLA, Mr. served as an executive board for a number of numerous campus organizations – including the longest running tutorial project at UCLA.
After graduation, Mr. Ghanoongooi went on to work at a number of very prominent Plaintiff’s firms in Los Angeles for over a decade. After working for a number of years, Mr. Ghanoongooi attended the University of West Los Angeles (UWLA) where he earned his Juris Doctor.
During law school, Mr. Ghanoongooi dedicated over 200 hours to helping families in the local community obtain proper accommodations for special needs kids by aggressively advocating with families at Individualized Educational Plan meetings involving the school districts and potential Due Process claims.
Prior to joining Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, Mr. Ghanoongooi gained valuable litigation experience working for one of the largest plaintiff’s firms in the country – that specialized in representing consumers and homeowners in both complex and general civil litigation matters. Mr. Ghanoongooi has spent over a decade at primarily plaintiff firms, which provided him unique insight and ability in helping defend his clients as a defense attorney.
Mr. Ghanoongooi also serves as an Executive Board member on a number of 503(c) non-profits located within Southern California. Through these organizations, he is able to continue his volunteer efforts and help leave a positive impact on the local communities.
When Shervin is not at the office, he is spending time with family, friends, and his dog Simba or he is hiking, volunteering, and cheering on the Lakers, Dodgers, and the UCLA Bruins!
