Spencer McKee is an Associate Attorney in the Phoenix office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP. Spencer is originally from Ontario, Canada, and graduated from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin, with a bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, Spencer was a member of the Green Knight football team. Spencer then attended the Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law at Barry University, earning his Juris doctorate in 2017. Spencer moved to Arizona in 2017.
Prior to joining Bremer Whyte, Spencer worked for the Arizona Coyotes as a Hockey Development Coach and simultaneously began his career as an analyst auditing outside counsel’s legal spend for a multi-national medical manufacturer’s multi-district litigation, as part of a $400MM legal bill review pilot. Spencer then applied his data and analytical skills to legal operations where he helped deliver strategic consulting and operational solutions to the largest integrated managed healthcare organization in the United States. During this time Spencer also served as General Counsel for a manufacturing solutions company focused in the aerospace, marine, and general machining markets.
Spencer has honed his litigation skills working for Arizona insurance defense law firms handling commercial and liability disputes for local and regional businesses. He has successfully defended the interests of many clients in complex, multi-party arbitration and mediation proceedings, as well as in litigation.
In Spencer’s free time, he enjoys golfing, hiking, and spending time with his Chocolate Lab and Saint Bernard puppy.
