Talha Muhammad

Talha Muhammad is an Associate Attorney at the Newport Beach office of Bremer Whyte Brown & Brown. He graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles in 2019 with a B.A. in Poli Sci with a minor in Business Law. He also graduated UChicago in an Accelerated Masters Program in Religious Studies, with an emphasis in Religious Legal Studies.

Mr. Muhammad earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Irvine School of Law in 2024. While in law school, Mr. Muhammad was a quarter finalist of the UC Irvine Moot Court competition. He was also on the executive board of the National Muslim Law Student Association and the president of the UCI Muslim Law Student Association. He also serves as an executive board member of the Muslim Bar Association of Southern California. Mr. Muhammad was also a judicial extern for the Honorable Justice Thomas Delaney at the California Court of Appeals 4th district, 3rd division. Furthermore during law school, Mr. Rizk earned pro bono high honors working for Common Cause. Finally, Mr. Muhammad had published a student note in the UC Irvine Law Review on the question of creating an arbitrational tribunal for religious minorities in the United States. He is currently working on his second publication.

While not in the office. Mr. Muhammad enjoys his time powerlifting, watching anime, running spartan races, and hosting cookouts for his friends, family, and colleagues.
