Tristan P. Espinosa is an Associate at the Newport Beach office.
Tristan is experienced in the fields of business litigation, insurance defense, construction litigation, commercial collections, and surety defense. Prior to joining the firm, Tristan consistently achieved results for his clients in the form of judgments, dismissals, and favorable settlements.
Tristan earned his Juris Doctorate from Chapman University, Fowler School of Law, graduating cum laude. For his outstanding academic performance, Tristan earned CALI awards in Civil Procedure I and Constitutional Law. He also received the National Order of Scribes Award – an accolade presented to law students who exemplify exceptional legal writing skills. Additionally, Tristan served as Senior Editor for Chapman Law Review. His article exploring regulatory challenges of home-sharing was selected out of numerous submissions to be published by the journal. Tristan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Arizona.
Tristan is a musician and avid sports fan who enjoys playing tennis, basketball, golf, flag football, and hiking.
