Ty M. Maynarich grew up in Southern California. After high school he attended the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) earning his B.A. with recognition in the Dean’s Honors List. Mr. Maynarich went on to work as a licensed real estate broker in the state of California where he realized his passion for ethics and law and thereafter went on to pursue his Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Maynarich earned his J.D. from UNLV, William S. Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas. During his studies, he volunteered at the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada and a local food bank, while making connections throughout the valley. He also had the opportunity to complete a judicial externship in the Eighth Judicial District Court and in the offices of a United States Senator.
Since being admitted to the bar in the state of Nevada, Mr. Maynarich has worked in different venues including a small boutique litigation firm and as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Eighth Judicial District Court. Furthering his experience, he went on to work at the law firms of Cooper Levenson P.A. and Kring & Chung LLP, where he built a great foundation in general liability defense and administrative law.
Currently, Mr. Maynarich has brought his skills and passion to Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, where he primarily specializes in civil litigation, personal injury, and insurance defense. Outside of the office, he enjoys motorcycling, snowboarding, and hiking around the Las Vegas area.
