Mr. Gurtler is an associate attorney working in BWB&O’s San Diego office. Mr. Gurtler attended Arizona State University and received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Economics. He attended the University of San Diego, where he went on to receive his JD, graduating in 2024.
During law school, Mr. Gurtler clerked for Judge Warner in the civil division and Judge Thomason in the commercial division in the Maricopa Superior Courthouse before gaining experience in both plaintiff and defense work with different private practice firms. Prior to joining Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP, Mr. Gurtler worked at a real estate and property law firm with a focus on seller nondisclosure, construction defect, boundary dispute, and breach of contract cases.
During Mr. Gurtler’s free time, he enjoys golfing, spending time with his dog Bandit, and watching sports.
