Colin C. Ksobiech is an associate at Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP’s Denver office. Since his licensure, Mr. Ksobiech has focused his practice on commercial litigation and possesses considerable courtroom experience. Mr. Ksobiech is licensed to practice before all Colorado state and federal courts.
Mr. Ksobiech possesses experience in complex civil litigation, including construction defect, transportation, product liability, environmental torts, premises liability, and business disputes. Mr. Ksobiech represents a diverse range of clients, including builders, general contractors, manufacturers, transportation entities, hospitality entities, subcontractors, and individuals. He endeavors to provide creative, result-driven solutions that consider the all-encompassing needs of each individual client. Mr. Ksobiech has successfully handled a multitude of actions from inception to disposition and negotiated favorable resolution in numerous high-exposure matters.
