Erica N. Garcia

Erica Garcia is an associate attorney in Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP’s Denver, Colorado office. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation with an emphasis on construction defect and general liability defense. Ms. Garcia represents contractors, developers, subcontractors, and other business entities in high-exposure disputes involving alleged construction defects, property damage, personal injury, premises liability, and other commercial liability matters.

Ms. Garcia regularly handles matters from pre-litigation investigation through arbitration and trial. She works closely with construction professionals, engineers, and consultants to evaluate project records, trade scopes, building code requirements, and causation issues. In addition to construction litigation, she has experience defending businesses in complex liability matters, including cases involving environmental and toxic exposure allegations.

Ms. Garcia earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Certificate in Behavioral Forensics from the University of Central Florida. She received her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law.

Outside of the office, Ms. Garcia enjoys traveling, thrifting, and restoring vintage furniture. She is a big football fan and enjoys cheering on the UCF Knights and the Green Bay Packers.
