Mr. Donahue joined the Encinitas office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara in October 2025, bringing his experience in construction defect litigation, premises liability, trucking litigation, and other general liability matters.
A third-generation civil defense attorney, Mr. Donahue always felt a calling to practice law. He attended Loyola Marymount University on a full-ride athletic scholarship for cross country and track, earning a B.A. in English. Following undergrad, he worked as a technical writer at Google before pivoting toward the legal profession.
Outside of work, Mr. Donahue enjoys rock climbing, martial arts, and spending time with his wife and son.
