Jonathan A. Kaplan is a Partner at the Orange County office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP. He focuses his practice on general liability defense and construction litigation matters.
Mr. Kaplan earned his Juris Doctorate from Chapman University School of Law where he received a certificate in Environmental, Land use and Real Estate law.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kaplan practiced with a small firm in Santa Ana where he gained extensive experience in general civil litigation, corporate law, business litigation, employment law, real estate law, bankruptcy and probate and estate planning matters.
Mr. Kaplan routinely participates in Orange County Bar Association sponsored volunteer events.
Mr. Kaplan’s hobbies and interests include long-distance/peak hiking, golf and meteorology.
