Mr. Andersen graduated and earned his Juris Doctor in 2006 from the William S. Boyd School of Law. During law school, he earned the CALI Award in Property Law and had the opportunity to extern with the Honorable Judge Mahan in Federal Court. He is admitted to practice law in both Nevada and Utah.
Mr. Andersen worked at various litigation firms before starting his own practice and eventually forming the partnership Andersen & Broyles, LLP, with Sam Broyles. Mr. Andersen’s civil litigation experience cases in Nevada State Courts, Federal Court, Administrative Boards, and Appeals; concentrating in Contracts, Business, Construction, Real Estate, and Family Law. For a short time, Mr. Andersen relocated to Utah and was the City Prosecutor for Cedar City.
Mr. Andersen has litigated hundreds of cases successfully and has extensive experience in mediation and arbitration. He has taken cases to trial, including jury trials, and Mr. Andersen has been involved in several appeals.
Mr. Andersen’s clients have included small and large businesses, construction companies, real estate brokerages, and insurance companies.
In his spare time, he enjoys time with his family, college football & basketball games, and working on classic cars.
