Nick Nataupsky is an Associate Attorney in the Newport Beach office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP practicing General Civil Litigation.
Mr. Nataupsky received his Juris Doctor from University of California, Davis School of Law in 2025. Mr. Nataupsky received his B.S. in Managerial Economics with an emphasis in Business Economics and Minors in Technology Management and Music from University of California, Davis in 2022.
While attending Law School, Mr. Nataupsky received the King Hall Immigration Certification, the King Hall Pro Bono Program Certificate, and the King Hall Public Service Law Program Certificate. Mr. Nataupsky also served as an Articles Editor of the UC Davis Law Review, President of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society, and Treasurer of the Jewish Law Student Association.
Mr. Nataupsky began his career at Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP as a file clerk in the summers while attending high school and college. During Mr. Nataupsky’s 1L summer, he worked as a law clerk at the Orange County Public Defender in Santa Ana, California and at the Cook County Public Defender in Chicago, Illinois. During Mr. Nataupsky’s 2L summer, he worked as a law clerk at Gartner + Bloom, PC in New York, New York and at Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP in Las Vegas, Nevada and Newport Beach, California.
When not practicing law, Mr. Nataupsky enjoys playing the piano, guitar, and alto saxophone.
