Ms. Deane is a Partner practicing out of the firm’s Las Vegas office. She is licensed to practice law before all Courts in the State of Nevada and California, and in the U.S District Court in the District of Nevada, and in the Central District of California. Ms. Deane’s practice in the firm focuses on complex, high-exposure cases, including wrongful death suits, mass casualty cases, and serious injuries stemming from motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and products liability matters.
During her time with BWBO, Ms. Deane has represented various high profile clients, and has obtained two complete defense victories. The first being a unanimous defense verdict handed down in a jury trial, and the second having been obtained in a bench trial even though default judgment had been entered against the client before BWBO had even come on as counsel in that case.
Ms. Deane grew up in the San Fernando Valley in Southern California. She graduated cum laude from the University of California, Irvine in June 2007, earning a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in criminology and behavioral psychology. She went on to graduate cum laude from Chapman University School of Law in May 2010 and was admitted to practice after passing the July 2010 California Bar Examination. After practicing for several years in California, Ms. Deane relocated to Nevada in 2014. Prior to coming to BWBO, Ms. Deane had the opportunity to litigate a multitude of cases including personal injury matters, elder abuse, breach of contract, real estate disputes, family law matters, and criminal defense work.
Ms. Deane welcomed her daughter in 2021, and enjoys spending time with friends and family when not in the office.
