Ms. Bartholomew is an Associate Attorney working in BWB&O’s Newport Beach office. She spent 25 years at the Orange County Public Defender’s office handling every aspect of criminal and dependency law, including complex felony litigation, writs and appeals, and post-conviction relief. Ms. Bartholomew brings her extensive trial experience and client-centered approach to civil litigation, where she is passionate about advocating for her clients with the same dedication and skill honed over decades of practice.
Ms. Bartholomew recently returned to Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, drawn by its collegial culture and commitment to excellence.
Beyond the courtroom, Ms. Bartholomew is committed to legal education and access to justice, actively volunteering in schools, community organizations, and mock trial programs.
