Meet Kendra!
Since joining the firm in 2020, Kendra has been an integral part of the firm’s Newport Beach office. Her practice focuses on defending high-exposure matters, including wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases, as well as complex personal injury, premises liability, and construction defect claims. In addition to her litigation work, Kendra provides mentorship and supervision to associate attorneys and contributes significantly to the firm’s leadership and client success.
Outside the office, Kendra enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and hiking.
Meet Sammy!
Sammy has been with BWB&O since the start of his legal career in 2019. His legal practice focuses on construction, real estate, and general liability matters. Throughout his career, he has represented a wide range of high-profile clients, handling complex litigation and achieving successful results in both court and at arbitration. In addition to his casework and supervision of associates in the Newport Office, Sammy oversees the firm’s clerks, providing guidance and mentorship to support their professional development and to continue bringing in the newest generation of BWB&O attorneys.
In his free time, Sammy enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing sports, and traveling to exotic locations.
Meet Christina!
Christina has been with BWB&O since 2015, when she began as a file clerk. She continued working at the firm as a law clerk through law school until she became a practicing attorney in 2019. Christina’s practice with the firm focuses on personal injury defense, including wrongful death lawsuits and serious injury claims. She has represented clients in numerous matters stemming from motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, and premises liability claims. On behalf of the firm, she has developed new and ongoing relationships with national businesses. She manages associates in the Downtown San Diego office.
In her free time, Christina enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking new recipes, running, and traveling.
Meet Pamchal!
Pamchal has been practicing law since 2012 and joined BWB&O in 2021. She has devoted the majority of her career to family law and guiding clients through some of the most challenging and emotionally charged chapters of their lives. With over a decade of experience representing high-net-worth individuals in complex and contentious family law disputes, Pamchal brings both skills and compassion to every case. Pamchal was certified as a Family Law Specialist by the California Board of Legal Specialization in 2025.
Outside the office, Pamchal enjoys spending time with her husband and their baby boy. She also enjoys cooking, baking, and keeping active.
Meet Jocelyn!
Jocelyn is a Certified Family Law Specialist designated by the State Bar of California.
Under the leadership of Founding Partner Nicole Whyte, Jocelyn leads and continues to expand BWBO’s San Diego Family Law Department. Jocelyn’s practice focuses on high-asset and complex family law matters, including dissolution, custody and visitation, domestic violence restraining orders, and pre-and post-marital agreements. She prides herself on being a zealous advocate while providing clients with the compassion and clarity they need during challenging times.
On behalf of the firm, she has cultivated strong relationships with judges, mediators, and referral partners throughout Southern California.
