Gabriel is well-versed in pre-trial and trial settings across multiple jurisdictions. His litigation background encompasses general liability law, criminal law, civil rights law, and real estate law. Gabriel has represented clients in catastrophic injury, premises liability, property management, and transportation cases. He has also managed high-volume criminal calendars as a prosecutor, handling hundreds of misdemeanors and felonies. His courtroom experience includes arraignments, motion practice, probable cause hearings, preliminary hearings, and trials. In addition, he has represented incarcerated individuals in cases involving excessive use of force, medical care, and disciplinary hearings.
Gabriel’s well-rounded legal background also includes experience with various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.
