Ms. Davis graduated from CWSL in Dec. 2023 with a J.D., passed the February 2024 California Bar Exam, and was licensed/Admitted to practice in January 2025 (SBN 359892). At CWSL, Ms. Davis was a member of the appellate moot court competitive advocacy team, where she was a regional finalist and national semi-finalist in the Thomas Tang & Dr. Pearl Tang Moot Court Competition. She was also a board member (Vice President) of CWSL’s Health Law Society (Club), earned Academic Excellence (highest grade) in Legal Writing, Trial Skills, and Appellate Bootcamp classes, and was on the Dean’s Honor List (both at CWSL & CSUSM).
Practice-wise, Ms. Davis has worked as a law clerk in the criminal division of the Appeals, Writs, and Trials Unit of the California Attorney General’s Office, performed civil litigation (both Plaintiff’s and defense sides), and has assisted in drafting appeals and writs to the California Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Personally, Ms. Davis lives with her fiancé, Andrew, their two cats (Wade & Yuna), and dog (Spirit). She is an avid comic book/science fiction reader and enjoys doing puzzles and/or going on walks. Ms. Davis is a massive legal nerd/scholar and enjoys listening to Supreme Court arguments and reading legal writing guides and books.
